Great rooms, great location, very clean.
However. The AC in the room was a bit dysfunctional. We set it for about 20C and it had a constant of 26C in the room. We called for service on it, and a guy came and had a look. Didn't really solve much.
The food is very good. Sadly high tea (afternoon tea) has to be ordered with a minimum 24 hours notice. No excuses. Absolutely nothing to be done with that according to the staff.
We did mention that it sounds a bit weird if the staff drops some part of the afternoon tea that there is no backup, but the staff just shrugged it off.
If you want a taxi to the airport this also has to be booked at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. On this matter the staff was more helpful, but alas we had to find other arrangements.
The rooms are very big, very nice layout and as mentioned earlier, very clean. This helps a lot.
The aqua bar on the roof deck has excellent staff that takes care of your every need, just wow. You guys are amazing!
All in all, I will go back here. Hopefully the hotel will make some changes, but nonetheless I'll be alert that anything special, not considering aqua bar, probably has to be booked with a minimum notice of at least 24 hours.
