When we first arrived, there were no one there to let us check in, even though it was 1230 (check-in-time), we called the doorbell several times, and we called the number which is listed on hotels.com, we didnt reach anyone there either, after 50 minutes someone answered the phone, but she could only speak russian and italian.. but luckily a man came after a while and could check us in, he was across the street he said, and would have let us in when we came if we had called him.. The only problem was that we didnt have his number, so he gave us a card with his number on it which we were supposed to call if we needed help ++. He also gave us a map of verona, and told us where to go and what to do, he was really nice and helpfull!
The start was a bit rocky, but it was a nice bnb! Clean, and with a balkony. From the arena to the apartment theres a 10 min walk, so its not so far! We didn´t think about the fact that we shared a bathroom at all, evernything was really nice and clean!
