The hotel is ok value for money. However, the service at check-in was not good. They had messed up my payment and did not want to contact hotels.com to verify that I had payed. They actually claimed they did not have any agreement with hotels.com. The whole situation was a bit absurd as they had my reservation and obviously had some kind of arrangement with hotels.com. They just gave me a phone number for hotels.com and told me to sort it out. Not exactly what I would call great customer service.
I contacted hotels.com and somehow the next day my room was registered as paid in full. Don't know what really happened here, but the hotel made a very poor first impression.
