I had the worst experience in this hotel.
After booking a room on Hotels.com and paying the sum required, the receptionist denied to let me check inn unless i paid more. He said I paid less than what they wanted to earn and he needed me to pay twice that. Redicoulessness of whole situation was that there were customers waiting for room and i think he wanted to give them my room and charge them double. After disscussing with him for hours and denying to leave, he called the manager and two other staff at the hotel and it took me probably 3h to get the room.
How is it possible this hotel has four stars? No wifi, very poor breakfast and demanding a customer to pay more at the check in? Never heard somthing like this before.
I hope Hotels.com will remove non professional hotels like this from his page, since we use this page alot.
