We stayed one night after a long ten hour drive to get some rest before our second trek back home. We finally got to sleep at ten pm, only to be awakened by a leak dripping from the ceiling next to our bed. The leak continued till approximately 4:30 am. We advised the asst manager of our dis-satisfaction with the room upon our checkout. The only concern she relayed to us was that we should of notified them so they could move us to another room. We explained we were too exhausted to get dressed and move our luggage waiting for domeone to move us. Then she proceeded to tell me that the leak had stopped. As if I cared about the hotels status. When pressing her about our horrible night she didnt seem to care, making no offer for a restay or refund for the experience. Not to mention I could not understand her as her accent was so heavy we struggled over every other word to make out what she was saying. These people have no idea how to handle customers or provide adequate apologies. Zero hospitality
