This is a decent property. I was a little bit disappointed that the communication is non-existent on weekends or holidays or after 6:00 pm. It does make things a *lot* slower especially in the holiday season. At this price point, I would expect coverage on weekends for sure.

The property was centrally located, had a nice view and was modern and clean inside. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities smelt great. The biggest issue was that the apartment is not where it advertises to be, it's up the road. The apartment in the photo is NOT the apartment you get, the one you get is smaller, not as bright and just different. No one bothered to contact me to tell me the apartment was different address than listed. When I got to the apartment and couldn't get in the door and called the lady it took several tries calling before she answered. Decent place, not a user friendly method. Most people would have felt it was a sketchy deal and abandoned the apartment and gone to find a hotel. I don't mind working it out because I had already paid, otherwise I would have gone for the hotel.

Terrible service
Terrible service and check inn. We (family with 2 small kids) arrived to the apartment (the address they sent by email) and the code for the door was wrong. We called the reception, they gave us another code. We came inn to the apartment, and there was others people stuff. We called the reception again and they said it shouldn’t be there and he (the receptionist) will come to us in 10 minutes. We were waiting for 40 minutes and called again. They didn’t answer at all. After while a woman called us and informed that it wasn’t our apartment, that they sent a wrong address.... the receptionist finally came and almost without say a word took us to another apartment. When we came inn to the new apartment it was no sheets for our kids, they neither brought the key to the apartment. So we had to wait another hour until everything was fixed. They didn’t apologize or actually said anything at all.
The apartment was ok, but not really in center, but a bit on a side.
We will never rent anything from this agency again.

Estadia ótima. Cozinha com tudo muito limpo. Cama muito boa, com lençóis macios.
Apenas um porém. Como não houve cheking, o número de telefone que está no site ninguém atende. O concierge do hotel onde me hospedei antes daqui, conseguiu o cel de alguém para me passar o código de entrada. Isso não pode acontecer. O responsável pelo apto precisa passar por e-mail o tal código.
No restante foi tudo muito bom.

The property itself was very quirky with its geometric ceilings, giving a very modern feel. However, you need to watch your head!
Although the property is reasonably bright during the day, by early evening it can seem quite dark. If the owners could add some more lighting it would be top notch.

식사준비하는데 식기류등 구비가 잘 되어있고 냉장고 크고 세탁기도 있고 3일 머무는동안 잘 사용했습니다
위치도 좋고 큰 마트도 있고 공원도 있고...
다만 청소가 제대로 되어 있지않아서 긴머리카락과 바닥에먼지들이 가득하고...
청소를 매일 해주지 않고 5일마다 한다고해서 수 건도 빨아쓰고 정리도 해가면서 지냈습니다
청소만 청결히 되어진다면 다시 이용할 의사있습니다

This apartment was amazing! Clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location near many bars and restaurants, TimeOut Marketing, the Pink Street, and a metro station. The staff was also amazing and well accommodating. One thing though - the building seems to have very thin floors and sounds of footsteps seem to travel very well. Otherwise super great!

We were never able to check in. There’s no front desk and after several calls to arrange the check in, we were never met in front of the apartments, although we waited a long time. We think these apartments are a scam.

Il n'a pas été facile d'obtenir la clef de l'appartement puisque l'employé ne nous a pas envoyés à la bonne adresse, mais une fois sur place, l'appartement était bien (il était en fait situé dans un autre immeuble que celui indiqué dans l'annonce, à environ 100 mètres de là). Appartement propre et confortable. Situé dans un bon quartier pour visiter Lisbonne à pied ou avec les transports en commun.

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon
Splendid, well-equipped apartment (every bit as spacious as photos). Near to small local restaurants and Time Out market, near metro station (one change to airport) and also rail connections to Belem, Estoril etc. and ferries. Many 'sites' within walking distance.

Great balcony!
Great location, 5-7 mins or so walk to metro and over ground train station (cais do sodre), bica funicular next door, tram 25 stop outside also.
The only downside to this lovely apartment is there was a bit of noise from other apartments due to wooden flooring - but of course that is to be expected with an apartment. Lovely kitchen but severe lack of workspace! We did enjoy relaxing on the balcony though after a day of sightseeing. Bedrooms very comfy.
It would be better if office could meet you at apartment or help with luggage - as we had young children but if you are travelling without buggy etc it is only 1 min walk away. It would also be good to be given a map straight away; but when asked they did provide and were very helpful.
We will return to Lisbon and I imagine we will stay here again!

Kommunikasjonen mellom Hotels.com og Lisbon Five Stars Apartment var ikke bra. Vi hadde lagt inn info som ikke kom videre til Lisbon Five Stars. Da vi booket leilighet til fem personer hadde vi aldri trodd at tre av dem måtte dele en sovesofa. Da hadde vi booket noe annet. Sofaen var heller ikke redd opp og håndkle kun til to personer. Ellers var servicen veldig bra og etter å ha gitt beskjed ble alt rettet opp. Leiligheten var veldig fin med flott beliggenhet.

Antonio was welcoming & gave us plenty of information about the area. The apartment was great - comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to Time Out market & bakery just around the corner for fresh bread in the morning!
