A world away from southern Tenerife
Amazing entrance foyer with friendly reception staff. Rooms are large and quiet. Everything in San Cristóbal is within walking distance of hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival.

The property listed parking but when we arrived we were told there is no parking due to works. We were given a room in a new wing of the hotel that looked like a generic chain hotel. We asked to be moved to the historic part we thought we would have. There was an additional charge of 50 euros per night. We did upgrade and the new room was more in what we expected. The dinner in the restaurant was terrible.
The lobby is beautiful and the personnel are friendly.
