This hotel is more like a shopping mall than a hotel. However, this is not uncommon in Macau. Not very personal, and English is a problem for a lot of the staff. I asked five (!) members of staff where the hotel bar was. Four of them didn't understand what I asked, and the fifth person pointed me in the wrong direction. Room was clean, and the free minibar is a plus. Aircondition works well.
Would I stay again? No. Mainly because I won't go to Macau again. Not much to do here, besides gambling (even less if you hope to play some Texas Hold'em poker). Las Vegas has it beat by a mile.
