POSITIVE: Perhaps the most charming little hotel that I've ever stayed at. Small, intimate, quiet, simple elegance. Both the inside and outside are spotless. Were welcomed by an English-speaking, polite young woman in reception. Room large by European standards, A/C on for our arrival. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful bathroom with tub, hairdryer. Breakfast buffet with an excellent selection of scrambled eggs, croissants, cheese, fruit, juice, etc. I recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend, or for anyone who wants to stay in a small, quiet hotel. NEGATIVE: I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself. However, the location is not the greatest if you want to stay somewhere very central right downtown. I would recommend to everyone to not make the same mistake as we did by driving to Strasbourg. It's a nightmare to drive there. Poor signage, chaotic roads, tons of traffic. The hotel is located on a main road just off the highway, but there is no parking there. Because we missed our turn, we were forced back onto the highway and got lost. Took us an hour to find our way back, then we discovered that you can't park on any street in Strasbourg for more than 3 hours. A bizarre rule all over the city to force you to park in a garage which is expensive. We parked about 2 km from the hotel, 24 EUR for 24 hours. Take the train instead. The hotel is a fairly long walk from the city centre, but there is a tram stop not too far away.
