If you like Hard beds and cold rooms!
This is not a Hotel, it is a bed and "breakfast". I stayed 3 nights in connection with a obligation at the University. I have stayed at most of the Hotels in Reading, but the first time at the Hillingdon. I paid extra for the Club dobbeltrom which was newly refurbished, yet outback facing the carpark. The room was clean and the loo impressively tiny, but clean. There was a thermostat on the wall that impersonated something it was not! It had no function and the radiators needed manual adjustment. Wafer thin duvet and pillows on top of the hardest bed I have ever slept in. Do not pay extra for the breakfast. It is by far the worst i have ever experienced. I was bitten by something on the second night which did concern me. I do take precautions with bags and clothes, but disturbing it was. I would not stay here again. Even the housing available on campus is cheaper and better.
