Poor housekeeping - no one did our room the first day we stayed, even though we asked for it, the rooms were «sloppy» the next day, some new towels, but the beds were not done properly. Checking out, we asked for help booking a cab with wheelchair accessibility. When returning to the hotel for the cab taking us to the airport, we found out that no reservation had been made, and there was no one at the Reception that coukd help. As a result, we had to rush into the Lime Street train Station with a child in a wheelchair and lots of suitcases, in order to arrive in time for our flight. A nice smile isn’t enough if you can’t follow up what is promised. Breakfast was great, though
