I stay three night! It was all nightmare, the soundproof was really bad and you can hear all your neighboors noise! It has hot water shower but it take time to heat up so kind of waste water. Also, if you only speak English it will transfer to other staff over and over or they just hang up on you! But the only good think is location was not far from Main Street which you can assess from bus/bike/car!

Do not stay here!
We will not be staying here again. The room was dirty, the door didnt shut properly without being forced as the hinges were misaligned and hanging, the window in the room was broken and we were not able to shut it so we had all the noise from the street kept us up all night. No washcloths were provided and the bed was so hard Iwoke up sore from it, and no comforter was provided. The bedside table lights didnt even have lampshades, they were just exposed bulbs. The shower was dirty and dated and there was a space behind the toilet that you could clearly see into another room from. It was too late for us to find another hotel so we were forced to stay. The only good thing was the bell boy armando or arturo that helped us. He was amazing. I would not recomend staying here. I tried to attach photos, but it would not allow me to attach.

Limpio, buen servicio y precio.

They keep the property and your room very clean. Housekeeping appeared every day and had fresh towels and a made bed whenever I got back from my day. The staff are the real stars here. They are very kind, helpful and attentive. Really think if you’ve had a bad hotel experience with staff you should try this one. They will give you hope to see amazing service again in your travels. Both outside and inside the hotel is very nice. There’s some maintenance things to be addressed (my bathroom door scraped on the floor when opening and closing) and construction/remodeling happening on the property, but nothing that should upset you or perhaps even be noticed. Ubers frequent the area so your ride is never more than 5~ minutes away. Some small, but yummy restaurants are nearby, as well as Arena México, just a 20 minute walk/10 minute drive to watch the Luche Libres - highly recommend even if you’re not a wrestling fan.

Being VIP status, very disappointed that not even free coffee in the common area; let alone breakfast! Paid coffee and breakfast. It is misleading, we chose specifically VIP status hotels but upon arrival come to know NO VIP amenities though we have GOLD membership. Otherwise, rooms were clean, 24 hours hot water, house keeping excellent, location excellent though narrow and crowded a bit dirty area. Near by Mcdonalds, 7-11 store (we buy coffee), banks, taxi, uber accessible. Friendly service. By and large clean hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all ways! Our first room had two worms in the shower, but we were immediately moved to a bigger room. The towels had holes in them, but if this doesn’t bother you it is no big deal. The street isn’t the prettiest, but you are centrally located near many great neighborhoods. The room was clean and there was a nice restaurant. For the price, you could find a nice air bnb. However for a night or two this hotel will suit just fine. Amazing staff!

The rooms are advertised as minimalist. I would call them very bland. The room had a private patio with views of ugly and creepy abandoned buildings The bathroom was ok, the water barely warm enough to take a shower. Th restaurant was excellent. They do a great breakfast Buffett and we had a great waiter. Maximiliano was one of the best and kindest waiters to ever serve me. The rest of the hotel was very average with sometimes long waits for the elevators. Don’t go out alone at night. The area around the hotel is creepy and full of grafiti
