Firstly, one kind of bread for breakfast was beginning to have signs of molds. It was very dry. The rest of the bread is okay.
Secondly, the sink is dirty. I think that could be managed by chlorine or other alternatives.
Thirdly, the pillows are bulky but do not provide enough support for the neck. It sinks.
Fourthly, there is only one small elevator for all of its guests. I understand this can not be fixed.
Fifthly, the toilet has nothing to put your things beside the toilet bowl.
Sixthly, the breakfast options are quite limited. It was the fourth hotel I have been to in Germany in that week. I think there were a lot missing there. Those glasses for water etc. is for babies and toddlers I guess.
Also, I do not know what they were thinking putting big lamps on the bedside table. Isn't it suppose to give you enough dim light to see, not to provide light for the whole room? It is the biggest bedside lamp I have seen ever. Aesthetics over comfort.
Lastly, the receptionist should have asked if my trip is for personal or business so we have not come to an idea of me getting 4 euros in the ATM after I already I paid through card. We generally do not use euros in the country so I planned everything that I will no longer have coins at the end.
Good thing: the location. I have been to other "four-star" hotels. I guess this one is an "outlier" in that group in terms of quality.
