Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is outdated and some of front desk staff, needs to put more attention to their clients needs. At least to call back when they know, which room had been calling.
I have dietary restrictions, Roberto and Gonzalo made my breakfast experience, enjoyable every single day. Rodolfo too, a wonderful person, who got a bag of ice on a daily basis, for my swollen knee. And last, but not least, Marcelo from the front desk, who brought to my room, the help that I had asked much earlier.
Housekeeping needs more supervision. Cannot bring stain sheets, to change dirty ones. And please check the covers used, when you want to convert twin beds into a king. Also the entrance to level -1 that I had to use to avoid the first set of stairs, is in need of a good cleaning.
Lastly, I appreciate that I was able to check out an hour late, and leave my luggage for few hours, before departing to the airport.
Hope the Administrator, recognizes the people that I mentioned before, because they represent the face of Hotel Cyan de las Americas.
