Unwanted VISA charge
I have to write this warning specially to people who have booked and paid in advance (internet booking).
This hotel still ask you to register any credit card for "safety" reasons even if you already paid all nights before arrival.
In my case I was charged a 3-digit $ amount the day I checked out on a VISA which was just registered for "security" reasons. Of course I didn't see this before I came back to Norway, but got in contact with the hotel management on email and they promised to check it up.
I sent them evidence to prove my unwanted VISA charge but they still claimed they couldn't see my card was charged at the hotel and ask for my card number again to re-check. ......, even if all details was included in the documentation I had attached before.
Case stopped here. .... no more response form the hotel. ..... Very very irritating from a hotel which is supposed to be serious in the market.
