I had reserved a superior twin room with 2 beds for 3 nights several weeks ahead of my arrival. As me and my father checked in and got the room we saw that the room had only one double bed and the remote to the AC did not work. The staff did not say anything about this as I checked in. I went to the reception and asked them to please change to a room with 2 beds, they said yes no problem we will take care of that tonight. We went out and got back later, they still had not changed the room. Asked them again, they said no problem we change it for you tomorrow. We went out the next day and got back that night and still they had not changed the room, thats bad respect and lying to us in our face, better to be honest. Problems with communication and service at this hotel.. Late that night we finally got a room with separate beds. Not good.
