Well worth a visit.
The good:
Large and clean hotel that offered covid testing on departure. Used this test on departure day and it was very quick, had an appointment yet it seemed people could just drop-in and do it whenever. Took 25 minutes.
Checkin was quick.
Outdoor area with large swimming pool area with sun all through the day.
The outdoor food-truck served very good food. Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and pubs, and walking distance to ibiza city centre.
Breakfast was good, although opening hours could've been better.
The bad:
As a hotels.com "gold vip" you're told that you'll be automatically upgraded if the hotel had capacity (which it did) but on checkin the receptionist had no idea about this or hotels.com.
A lof of the sunbeds around the pool were covered by towels yet nobody were using them.
With guests we were enjoying the show one night and having dinner (which was ok but nothing special) and we ordered some drinks, then the bar kept giving us more drinks without us ordering them - so we thought they were free, until the bill came that had it all included.
The beach just outside the hotel is more like a marina, but its not a far to walk to one you can swim at.
The outdoor food truck menu on the internet didn't specify that the menu was different (and limited) each day.
The surprise:
The nightly show was surprisingly good and well worth watching.
