No care from the staff
We’ve stayed here a couple times in the past, probably around 5 to 6 or maybe even more. It’s never been as bad as it was this time. The room was clean like always and you can’t beat the location. The front desk service has gone down hill each stay and this time it was the worst we’ve experienced. The front desk attendant didn’t care about us being there or anyone else, she just wanted to leave her earbuds in and not be distracted from whatever she had going on. We got there on Sunday and Monday morning we were woke up at 7:30am to loud music and pounding on the floor, they started a new roof project on the hotel. That is fine to upgrade and repair things but we didn’t receive any warning from the hotel about this. Then we go out to our car and they a dumpster wedged between the sidewalk and the car with nails and shingles all over. The door was blocked to get out of our so we had to force our way out. The whole experience was terrible due to the lack of warning or care from the staff of our issues. During checkout there was 3 other couples leaving early to go elsewhere due to the same reasons we were having.
