The hotel itself was fine, if it wouldnt have been for the surprise we had on our first day. First of all: beware of unofficial taxi drivers, as they will charge you 50-80 €, for a trip that costs 15-20€. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a double bed (which they called king size) although we booked a room appropriate for 2 adults and a child of 15 years. They refused to give us a second bed and we had to argue for a very long time, to finally get an extra bed, free of charge. They explained that they apparently dont get any info on how old they child is when we or anyone books the hotel, so they expect the guests to sleep in one bed, or if its an infant they bring a childs bed, or one should book/upgrade the child to an adult if the child is «too old»...(although when booking we did specify that the child was 15, and the page told us that it would be fine)... An asian guy on the reception started arguing and blaming that it is Hotels.com that gets the money that we payed, so they are in the wrong and not the hotel, which I found very rude!
On the other hand, the cleaning was good and the food was excellent. There was not the biggest variety, but every dish was delicious! The bus services are appropriate, although they are very dirty and dusty inside.
