Family vacation
The hotel is located on the 5th floor of the Uniqlo. The elevator going to the hotel is found at the back of the store.
We have used the free drinks in the restaurant from 5pm-8pm during our stay in July 4-8, 2024. Thumbs up to those ladies in the restaurants who served us good drinks. They are very polite and service oriented, making sure to cater our needs.
The employeers in the reception are always willing to help like when my wifi didnt worked and when I need help to plan which train I will take to Narita. The hotel is very convenient for travellers who use Narita airport. The asakusa line or the skyliner access express ( dont mix it with the skyliner rapid train) is a direct train from asakusa station to Narita and you dont have to change train. Very good if you have heavy lugguages.
I have read a lot of reviews that there are only few shops and restaurants accepts credit cards in Japan but these seems to be wrong. All the shops and restaurants we visited accepts credit cards.
If you want to wash clothes using the automated laundry can be a hassle. There are only few laundry machines in the hotel and many guests washes their clothes so it can be challenging to secure a time for washing.
Feee water dispenser is found in every floor. The breakfast is very good. They serve western ang japanese breakfast. The employeers make sure that the tables are clean and that there are enough food for the guests.
I will surely recommend and will come back to this hotel again.
