DONT GO THERE, BUT IF YOU DO, BE CAREFUL!!
my brother and his daughter (3 y/o) arrived at the apartment at night, opened the door and the metal plate that’s suppose to be screwed into the doorframe fell off. it was kinda late so we decided to call the reception the next day so they could come screw if back on. my family was at the apartment when the guy arrived but left before he was done fixing it. when we came back there was a bill for a lock smith job on our kitchen table?! and it said that i had to come to their main office before 9pm that night and pay 1573 CZK IN CASH. i called them and said that this must be some kind of mistake, and that i would not pay this bill and that i felt like they were trying to trick me into gettting some extra money referring to that it had to be in cash. the lady answering could not speak proper english and seemed like she couldn’t or wouldn’t understand me. at the end i hung up and we sent a message instead saying we would not show up and pay for something that wasn’t our fault or doing. we got an answear a couple of hours later saying that if we didn’t show up at their main office with the money before 9am the next day they threatened with sending the police over to us!! so i went there the next morning, terrified. the man was super rude, telling me i broke the lock, literally told me i was lying when i tried to tell him that there is no way i broke it. then he tried to blame my brothers 3 y/o daughter. he then again threatened with kicking us out. thnx 4 ruining our vacation!!
