Low service, high price
The room was spacious and the pool area nice. Even though we were very close to the highway the noice levels were ok. However, the way the hotel is run is very disappointing. We booked a room for 4 people, but the room was only made up for two. We were missing towels (they could not provide them that same afternoon) and the pull out couch still had old sheets on. When asked, they only provided some of the necessary bedding. The pool did not open at 9 am as promised, the cleaning person kept it closed way over, and the pool are did not have enough sun beds and towels. The WI Fi was horrible, could not even load simple websites. The breakfast had some very nice items and good food. But the buffet was constantly missing about half the items. We tried it both early and late and they had the same issue both days. The last day we arrived about 30 min before closing and a lot of the items were missing. Still- they did not refill them for the rest of the time. To add to the bad impression, all cups, plates and “silverware” were disposable. What a waste!
