COLD AND NOISY NIGHTMARE
The first room smelled like stinky mold in the room on 4th floor. The hotel changed my room to 7th floor. The window in the room wouldn’t open, and the very noise from the air conditioning unit was very loud. In addition to the noise from the machine, there was also the loud sound of a heater. When I increased the room temperature, the heater would turn on, making both the machine noise and heater noise louder together. It was so noisy that even when I turned them off, the machine noise still continued intermittently. It was so cold that I couldn't sleep at all. When I took a shower, the water was lukewarm at best, and I ended up showering with cold water. Cold shower at Courtyard hotel. Wow! After about an hour, the water temperature became normal and warm. The elevator at the end of the building wouldn’t light up even when I pressed the 7th floor button, and the elevator inspection certificate had expired two years ago, but they still had it posted while continuing to operate. The front desk called me on the phone and told me that the the entire rooms in the building were all booked due to a group of teams reserved so that I can not even change to another room. I do not want to visit again. It is the worst hotel. Please invest on hotel facilities and maintenance service.
