I will divide the review in two parts.
1.The hotel itself is ok. Easy to locate and more or less at the airport. Perfect both with and without a car. Max 5 min walk to the terminal. Soundproof windows, new and clean. Beds was a bit hard. I did not have my best sleep.
2. The service/staff. I will newer use this hotel again simply because of the staff. Had the "pleasure" of meeting 3 of them during the stay. The rudeness and stupidity was....I have never encounter something like this before. At check-in, I represented myself and told that I made a reservation for two rooms. Just got some rude mumbling back. When im on my way to leave, I noticed that I only got key-cards for one room. Im turning back, and asking if I maybe forgot the other key-cards on the desk. He talks to me like I am some sort of an idiot, and how stupid I am that did not give him more passports, which he needs to make the second room.
Next morning at check-out, there is another person at the desk. No good morning, no hello, no nothing. She just takes the key-cards and thats it. I tried to inform her that I had used the parking fascilities, and if I needed to pay something. She gets realy upset and tell me that I have a problem now, because I should have paid at the check-inn. Im telling her that when I told her colleague during check-inn, he told me to pay during check-out. Now she gets even more upset, and tells me that its free suddenly and what an idiot I am that didnt know that.
