WIFI NOT FREE: welcome in the 90s.
I have not been asked to pay a fee to obtain a basic wifi since a trip in India 15 years ago! This is where this hotel in Charlotte is stuck to: taking advantage of their business customers. I will try not to ever have to vome back there. They fully refused to make any single commervial gesture despite we had booked 3 rooms. No complementary coffee either despite this is also quite a standard towards USA.
