We were promised a kitchen and the first room didn't have a fridge of any size, it also had evidence that the door had been kicked down and locks broken. When we complained we were eventually given a new room, the second room was missing a lock and had cockroaches, and no towels. We didn't stay and right after seeing the second room asked for our money back. At first they refused, saying it had been more than 15 minutes since they got our first key card ready for us, then after a fight gave us back our money. (We had paid in cash after waiting more than 10 minutes for their card reader to start working, part of the time they counted towards that 15 minutes.) Then they charged the card we had used to reserve the room for both nights we didn't stay.
