We were disappointed with our stay at Warvick Geneva. We had booked a suite with a terrace and a view, but received a message from the hotel shortly before our stay that the suite was not available due to a "technical error" in their systems. We were therefore given a family room, and were to receive a compensation for downgrading the room. We were also promised that the family room would be ready for our early arrival, that was not the case either, we waited two hours in the hotel bar.
When we checked out and the bill was to be settled, it turns out that they are not be able to repay what they owe us. The receptionist says she has to wait until the manager arrives at 11 to do this, but as our flight left before this it was not possible for us to wait. She promised us that this would be sorted as soon as possible. We haven't seen this money yet...
