Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

Good location. friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate.

Make sure you dont get room 216. It faces the front of the hotel right over the entrance. Every time someone enters or exits the hotel...you hear the automatic door (2 of them) open and close....ALL night long...and then you get to hear the garbage truck at 5 am.... They offered to change my room....but I had already unpacked for my 3 day stay.....and I wasnt sure the first night what was the noise....I figured it our night 2...Night 3 I used the AC for noise when it was 28 degrees outside...Outstanding staff...I take responsibility for myself...but I think Hotels/Expedia always seems to be next to the elevator, etc...Where my friend's room location was end of the hallway removed from everything..They are Marriott reward members. AGAIN I take responsibility for not moving when they offered...

Stayed here the evening before an early flight. They got us a crib for our infant and the service was friendly and welcoming. Room was great for the price, and the airport shuttle was easy and fast. Left too early to have breakfast.

Hotel needed updating but was decent.

Arranged to stay at this hotel for two nights and left aft the first night. The hotel has no type of security cameras and/or personnel, had a trailer attached to my work vehicle and it was stolen off my truck overnight. The trailer was loaded with over $20,000 worth of tools and equipment. When the police department came to do the police report they stated that this hotel is known for people have their vehicles or items stolen all the time. Needless to say I or no one from my company will be booking this hotel ever again.

Arrival at the Front Desk was smooth and friendly. The young lady who assisted us had only been with the hotel for 2 weeks, but she knew everything she should know and had excellent customer service skills.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience. Rachel (I think ) checked us in and was very helpful. Ms.Patti made our breakfast delicious. Very staff member spoke to us in passing and made us feel welcomed. Planning on coming back next year for WOJ and will stay again. Thank you.
