Horrible and Unsafe
I arrived and was given a room on the ground floor. First thing I was do is make sure the windows are locked. The window lock had actually been drilled out, and the window was not closed when I called the front desk to tell them such he told me it should be OK. The windows only open 10 inches people can’t get in. I asked for a different room. He gave me a different room. I felt so uneasy the place was dirty. There was only one other guests there they had their room propped open. I tried to stay. It was so uncomfortable. I had to leave. I contacted hotels.com. They said they were going to call to verify with the motel. They said the motel would not answer. I went to the front desk told him I was too uncomfortable to stay there with the window and the cleanliness of the room I sent pictures of the dirt in the hair and the black mold in the bathroom to Hotels.com. I am still waiting to find out if they’re going to credit my account since I had to leave a single woman traveling alone and felt very uncomfortable
