Cannot recommend this hotel
Stayed for 5 nights at this almost empty hotel. Worst Ramada I've stayed at. Hotel generally old and worn. Room was OK, but old and worn. Good size, comfy bed, and a new TV. Fridge and microwave. Pool area ok, but no pool towels. Fitness room not great. Business center was 2 monitors, you need to bring your own PC. Cleaning worse than average, found lint and black hairs in the bed, and the carpet had sticky parts. No shampoo available at all during my stay, only conditioner. Neither the cleaning crew nor the front desk could provide shampoo, so I had to buy myself elsewhere. Front desk personnel passive and uninterested. Parking in rear of hotel was available, but the security personnel recommended me not to park there due to homeless people. The back door of the hotel was frequently jammed open by homeless people. Security personnel on site from early evening to morning. Woke up at 4ish one night, someone searching for a homeless person in my hallway. Breakfast was there, but not great. Sweet smell of weed in the hallways, and a not so sweet smell of urine in the elevator. I used the emergency stairs to go down, but not much better there.
