The pool was cold and dirty, there was algae growing on the side walls of the pool and in the floor grout. The hot tub was foaming over, so we did not use it. The elevators took a long time to arrive for our entire stay. The room phone only worked when it was on speaker. The staff was OK but I wouldn't say they were overly friendly.
