Horrible service
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the housekeeping services during my recent stay at Red Roof In Buffalo.
Initially, on the third day of our stay, the housekeeping staff collected the garbage, replaced the towels, and replenished the toilet paper. However, for the remainder of our 16-day stay, we did not receive any further housekeeping services unless we explicitly requested them. This included the need to use our own toilet paper and garbage bags, which is not what we expected from a hotel.
After about a week, we requested that the beds and towels be changed. Despite asking six times over several days, this request was not fulfilled promptly. Each time, we were assured that the service would be provided later that day or the next, but it was only after multiple follow-ups that our request was finally addressed.
While we did receive new towels when we asked for them, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Reliable and consistent housekeeping services are a fundamental expectation, especially for extended stays. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit.
