Bait and Switch Nightmare! False Advertising
Do NOT be fooled by the pictures online. What you see is definitely NOT what you get. The room we were given was NOTHING like the advertised photos. The beds were ridiculously small – I felt like I was sleeping on a cot! Honestly, I've slept more comfortably in my car.
Beyond the misleading room, the AC was a complete nightmare. It only blasted at full power. Forget trying to find a comfortable temperature, it was either freezing cold or nothing at all. We were forced to turn it off and swelter, then back on and freeze.
But the issues didn't stop there. They couldn't even provide fresh toilet paper! Seriously? Every decent hotel I've ever stayed at replaces the roll with a fresh one. Instead, we were left with a nearly empty roll. Disgusting.
Before our arrival, I had specifically requested a room near the water/ice vending machine. Apparently, that request was completely ignored. We were stuck at the far end of the hall, making late-night ice runs a frustrating trek.
And to top it all off, the toilet! It felt like it was going to overflow every time we flushed. You had to flush multiple times and pray it wouldn't back up.
This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Save yourself the headache (and the potential plumbing disaster) and book elsewhere. One star is generous – I wish I could give it zero.
