The staff were the most pleasant of all and that is the only positive pulling up this score! This hotel was advertised as a 4 star… definitely not more than a 3 star in reality. The Restaurant we would have liked to try was closed both days we were there (Michelin recommended).Upon arrival they told us we would get no housekeeping bc we have a short stay! We had to call a manager to adjust this. If I knew this ahead of time I would have gone to an air B&B. Better rooms are in the tower where we were but pool was so far from it. It needs another pool. Food in food court horrendous and overpriced. Hot food cold by the time you sit down and eat.
Room was clean and adequate but coffee machine dirty internally needed descaling and coffee was awful in fact coffee all around the hotel was awful. Valet service overpriced and never saw a single bell person… all we saw were people rolling their bags around in droves in and out the front door in huge groups and in and out elevators. Not a bad experience just super Disappointing all around.
