The door hinges were broken/stripped, and we had to lift the door up and slam it in order to close it. So basically, the door could not be fully secured, if somebody had wanted to kick it in, they could have easily done so. The pool was so crowded, and kids were running around that were not behaving and their parents were just sitting there doing nothing. When we gave our daughter a bath, the hot water never kicked in. When we finally went down to the front desk to say something, we were told that the hot and cold water were backwards on the second floor. They knew and didn't tell us, no sign in the room. The employee's response was "if you had called, I would've told you". That is something you tell people up front, not after the fact. When we told them about the door, they said there were no other rooms our size available, they could put us in a smaller room but could not refund us the difference because we booked through a third party (Expedia). The employee overseeing the breakfast was rude and yelling at everybody that got close to the waffle maker that there were no waffles. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The energy in this hotel made 2 people in our group sick, we could not leave this place quick enough.
