I am a Hilton rewards Member and I have stayed in many home 2 suites hotels due to the fact that it accommodates 5 to 6 people. However, when the accommodation is for five adults, the hotel should be prepared with extra pillows towels, toilet paper, etc. and I had to request these things several times. In addition, our rooms were not clean on a daily basis. I had to also request for the rooms to be serviced, especially when staying for 4 nights. This was a Thanksgiving week Thursday morning. There was nothing special for the customers, and it was chaotic and ran out of food. This is poor management.
