Hyatt I am very disappointed in you
No coffee station in the Lobby and not Complimentary water, I expected much more from Hyatt Place in Denver. The room was very limited with the amenities. The Breakfast is TERRIBLE !!! I've had better options at Motel 6 and that's saying it all. The Front Desk staff spends all their time on their cell phones, which is a lack of courtesy to customers. In summary my experience was bad for the Price and the brand as famous as Hyatt !!! I will not give a chance to this corporation again.

Great experience at this hotel. I was flying in late from the Denver airport and decided to not rent a car. I took the hotel shuttle which was easy to arrange calling the hotel. They even gave me easy directions on where to wait for the shuttle and texted a link to track the shuttle and wait time. The hotel was near 7Eleven, restaurants and a bar. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. I had some breakfast, which had a mix of hot food, make it yourself waffles and cold options like cereal. I would definitely stay here again if I'm flying into town, especially if I don't rent a car.

Stay was great! Older property, modernized nicely with upgrades. Breakfast buffet was full range and convenient. Shuttle service is accommodating beginning at 4:30 AM….we arrived at 11:30 PM and shuttle service was seamless. Our only recommendation is the hotel, itself, deserves to provide a better quality toilet paper and kleenex!! Otherwise, no disappointments!!

Overnight stay before flight home
Very spacious hotel near to Denver airport with free shuttle to terminal. Our room was very spacious with great amenities. The welcome at reception was excellent with Lale doing as much as he could for us in terms of allocation of room, shuttle back from car rental drop off etc. Only feedback would be that the AC unit was quite noisy but otherwise a great room, free breakfast, and very convenient stay for the night before our flight back to UK after a 2 week holiday.

Good: The price for the room size & continental breakfast plus airport shuttle. Also close to several restaurants, so we were able to walk to dinner during our stay & had a few good options. Front desk staff were friendly. Our first shuttle driver - didn’t catch his name - was really nice (worked the afternoon of 9/17/24). Not so good: The shuttle driver named Brad was not pleasant…seemed like a cranky guy. Heard him call the car in front of us a dumba** because they weren’t paying attention when the light changed to green. I would’ve been thinking that too, but wouldn’t have said it out loud, especially with a toddler right behind the driver seat. My son had a snack cup - it was almost 1pm & we hadn’t had a chance to eat lunch yet - & Brad told us he didn’t want to be sweeping up cheerios so they needed to be put away. That’s fine, but there are more polite ways to say it. In our room, there was a weird red mark on a pillow case, hopefully marker but could’ve been blood. Weird because I saw someone say the same thing on their review. I was traveling with breastmilk & ice packs for it, & TSA can be a pain when the breastmilk isn’t totally frozen. I didn’t know until getting to the room that the fridge in the room doesn’t have a freezer compartment or capability. Luckily the staff let me put my bag with the ice packs in their freezer so at least those would keep my milk cold. Overall, I’d probably stay again.
