I booked the hotel and was running late, so i tried to call the hotel to let them know i was on my way, i called again and again, about 10 times, and let it ring and ring and no one answered. When i finally arrived to the hotel, there were no staff at the front desk, just a paper sign saying check in was from 4pm-10pm. I can respect the time window, but with no notice online what so ever, i did not expect a HOTEL to not have ANY employees after 10pm and no one to check in guests. I paid for a room that i didnt even get to use. I had to sleep in my car the rest of the night. If there is any decency in you as a manager or business, please refund my money and i will still attempt to book a room with you again.
