Pleasantly surprised
this was my first time staying at this establishment. I was pleasantly surprised when i walked in. Open space and nicely decorated lobby. The 2 young ladies at the check in counter were very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I gave them my ID so they can find my reservation, they addressed me as Mr. (last name). I was able to do a small exchange of currency with them as well. My check in was smooth and quick. Once I arrived to my room, I opened up to a beautiful, Clean, nicely decorated double bed, room. In room safe was included (which is important to me). my room did not have a mini fridge, but there seemed to have been one there before as when i opened the dress, there seemed to be a space for one. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice and big. I had paid for daily breakfast buffet. Well worth it, as the food was delicious and bountiful. Both mornings I had my omlette made to order right in front of me. The coffee is delicious. Fresh fruit, fresh juices, pancakes, selections of cheeses and ham slices, breads, everything looked so good! transportation a plenty and plenty of stores within the complex as this hotel is connected with a mall and movie theatre. I checked out the pool and jacuzzies and it was delicious! used the facilities both evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will be planning my next trip in April to stay at this establishment again. Check it out!
