Reserved 2 rooms.1st room for our kids was fine. Husband & I had a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, but asked to change rooms in the morning. In hindsight, I should have asked to change rooms that first night, but we were tired from traveling. They did not have another room available with a king bed, so we agreed to a smaller room with a queen. That room was missing the TV and the refrigerator! We told the desk personnel & they said they'd talk w/manager. Upon returning to our room that evening, several occupied rooms we passed in the hallway had cigarette smoke seeping out. (There were signs posted as it being a non-smoking facility, but the staff apparently doesn't enforce/kick out people for smoking). There was loud music coming from the room next to ours after midnight. I called the desk to ask when their quiet hours begin, and he didn't know what I meant by quiet hours. I asked for him to knock on the door to ask that guest to turn off/down the music. An hour later, my husband had to go down to the desk & demanded they tell the other guest to turn down the music. It wasn't just playing, it was blaring. Upon checkout, I asked to see my charges as I booked 2 rooms. 1 room was fine, but I expected to be reimbursed for the 2nd one (smoke, noise, queen, no fridge, no tv). They told me I'd see an email w/adjustments. No discounts/adjustments given. I was charged the full amount. Very disappointed!!!!
