Hotell out of center-longer way to metro station
Visiting Rome should have included this hotell, but luckily didn't! We had some issues with reservation that made ''lady'' at the reception desk very unkind. She tried to put us in the situation where we would feel as she was our rescuer, but just wanted to trick us saying that she can't offer us the economic room that we asked for, but the superior one that was with almost the same price. We asked to see the room, and the first impression was that is was very, very small. We were wondering where we would put our luggage at the first place. In one word-claustrophobic! But then when we came back to the reception and trying to make our decision, a man entered the hall when the ''lady'' told us:''So, what is your decision? This man is going to take the room!'', with really demanding attitude. After we told her to give him the room, cause we are not sure and will let the room to the person who really wants it (and not sure that he saw the room), she was almost offended. Than I asked her if she has another rooms, she suddenly said yes, but it is not so good as ''superior''. Lot of confusion,negative attitude and parking in the garage is 20e per day!!! You can put some little effort and find parking place closer to the city that are marked with white line for free. So, to expensive for awfull service and personell and small rooms!
