I booked the room for 2 nights but only stayed one night due to the condition of the room.
Upon check in I opened the refrigerator door and there was a thick and foul smell. I opened the freezer door and it was obvious that the unit was not running for quite some time. Then, I went to the front desk to alert Staff and her immediate response was "we don't have any other rooms." I was furious. She alerted Maintenance and upon his arrival he notified me that he had a brand-new unit to swap. While he did that, I had to run to Walmart to get ice for my cooler so I could pack my food and drinks overnight. \
The kitchen was disgusting. Food in the burners, obvious food back splash, no dishes, utensils, cups.
The floor had major sticky spots all over, even the bathroom
There was trash left under the Air Unit by the window.
When I went to check out early I shared the above with the staff and she told me that there should have been a sign in the kitchen stating that there were dishes available to check out. There was no sign.
The vending machines were completely empty. All of them.
I had a terrible time and truly believe I should be refunded.
