Cozy, partly secluded cottage in the strawberry-growing area Lensvik, where you can enjoy nature and recharge your batteries in the beautiful fjord landscape. The cottage has an open plan kitchen / living area with views of the Trondheim Fjord. There are also two double beds in the living room as an alternative for adults because the bunk beds in the house are quite narrow (see photos). Beautifully screened outdoor seating and partly fenced nature plot on a slight hillside. Seaside seaside at 1 km and the river Ingdalselva 6 km away, in addition to several freshwater lakes in the area. The salmon river Orkla is about 28 km from the house. A fishing license is available for about NOK 100, - / day. The trout Lake Utnevatnet is about 5 km away. For anglers there is a covered fillet bank with running water and light. The following boats can be rented: a 19-foot boat (type Hansvik 560 Sport) m. 90 hp 4-stroke engine (Honda), steering console, 10 rod holders, GPS / chartplotter / depth sounder and a 17-foot boat (type Rana) m. 9.9 / 15 hp engine (Suzuki). In addition, other similar boats can be requested. Life jackets are included when renting one of the boats. All boats are located in a small boat harbor about 900 meters from the house. The area offers everything from coastal scenery to forests and fields, rivers and lakes to the steep mountains. Since the Viking Age, Lensvik has been regarded as the calmest and safest harbor on the Trondheim fjord. The area was once home to the famous Viking kings Harald Hårfagre and Olav Trygvason. Here are also traces of the Stone Age and Bronze Age, as well as burial mounds from the Viking Age. Distance to Trondheim: By speedboat about 40 minutes or 75 minutes by car.
