During check-in, we were told that only 8 rooms were being used, out of the entire hotel.
We were given a room key for the 1st floor, which had a king size bed, walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub.
The walk in shower only had 1 glass door, 2 are required. A shower curtain was put up to replace the missing door.
Also, the shower door that was there did not slide. VERY INCONVIENT.
The King bed made a noise, like a spring needed to be replaced, every time we got into bed and getting up. VERY IRRITATING.
The bed, to me, did not sleep well.
There was only 1 trash can in the bathroom - none in the bedroom.
The hotel should have replaced the shower door a long time ago. The shower curtain appeared to have been there for a while. I feel like the clerk should have known. But, I believe, out of all vacant rooms available, why were we put into that room. I believe I'll find another hotel the next time we visit Biloxi! Also, the buffet breakfast, that was advertised, was not there. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast!!!!!! My itinerary # is:(Itinerary # 72060254669770)
