Comfortable bedding, great room darkening shades, good size refrigerator, great location near shopping centers, friendly staff. However, breakfast was less than mediocre: staff slow to replenish food items, there were no napkins the second day there. Asked staff for napkins and was told “no napkins.” Turkey sausage was inedible. They charge $5 per night for parking even though hotel is located in the suburbs. Didn’t see anyone tending the parking lot either. My husband has a disability. Asked if they charge for handicapped parking and was told yes. Have never heard of such a thing. Very shabby way to treat guests and tarnishes Hilton’s name.
