We loved our stay here, from the location to the amenities insides! The breakfast every morning was abundant and delicious and the staff even catered to us when our kids woke up a little late. The kids space inside was so fun along with the rooftop pool, with beautiful views! The location right across from the beach was perfect and having the mall attached (also with fun kids spaces) was just the right touch for our family. My only complaint is that the hotel staff expected birth certificates for our kids, which we obviously don’t carry with us. Also, the bathroom was a little musty due to no functioning fan, not sure if it was just our room.

A manutençao devido ao desgaste das acomodações pode ser melhor. Deveria ter um supervisor para olhar pequenos detalhes uma vez que o pessoal da limpeza não tem esta capacidade de percepção. ex: papel de parede que solta em baixo de ármario.limpeza de trilhos de janela, lavagem de cortinas com maior periodicidade, infiltração no banheiro passando para as paredes do quarto podendo ser resolvido com rejunte, limpeza dos ralos banheiros { no mínimo duas vezes semanas } e das pias {este todos os dias } neste item somente orientar/treinamento pessoal da limpeza As Toalhas estão muito desgatadas .
