Poor service in Bahamas - not worth the money
I stayed 14 days here. The definition of service is unknown at this hotel and in Grand Bahamas in general. Check in took 10 minutes, without any que or any abnormalities, they are just slow. Breakfast is poor. There are no greens or salads and the juice is this fake concentrate stuff. Cleanliness is so so, my room had ants every morning. The hotel restaurant Sabor has ok food but you should not be hungry when you go there. It takes 45-60 min. On average from ordering until you get the appetizer. Another 30 min for the main. The other bar, Bones have good service though they close 23 each night which is early for a bar. It says on the laundry form that they will collect &deliver when you call the reception, but you have to deliver it yourself and also collect it later. There are rooms for improvement all over and management should take action. This is just not good enough for the amount they charge per night.
