We enjoyed the location, views, and staff. There were 2 pool areas and 3 spots to eat.
There was beach service for drinks and food, LOVELY! (!Gracias RAMON!)
They have daily poker games, Bingo, and most days- water aerobics and beach volleyball.
The beach bar was open until 1030pm, and rarely was busy that late.
We were there during an unexpectedly cold snap, and never used the AC. Many travelers invested in new Mazatlan hoodies from the beach vendors.
Transportation was easy. We used open air taxis and Uber to get around easily.
Pueblo Bonito is on a nice strip of restaurants and shops if you leave the hotel by foot.
Oddly, they do not have a minibar or even a FRIDGE in the rooms, which was a disappointment for an All-inclusive. They also give you a coffee maker in the room with NO coffee making products. ???
Different levels of service are identified by different color wrisbands- blue, orange, brown, and gold.
We took advantage of a pool day at the sister property, Emerald Bay. We also went there 1 evening for dinner and drinks at Kelly's.
THE STAFF AND SERVERS ARE AMAZING! GRACIAS!!
We do recommend bringing a good supply of small bills for tipping, $1s and $5s.
