The bathroom in our room had a light fixture over the sink which was cracked, and the same fixture light failed to fully come on for HOURS -- Finally went to bed, only to have same light come on at around 3:30 AM, forcing us to get up to turn it back off. No human is on duty when you arrive; you have to use a phone to call a hotel attendant to the Front Desk. No one answers the Front Desk phone, so you have to leave your room to search for an attendant to address your issue. The staff speak in a language other than English in your presence.
Even worse, the tub stopper would not stay open, so water continued to collect while showering; had to wedge something in between drain & stopper IOT keep it open enough to drain. Property and its interior and facilities are dated and maintenance NEGLECTED. There is no elevator between the 1st and 2nd Floors.
