The smoke alarms for the whole hotel were going off all night, every 20-30 mins. We hardly slept at all and the front desk person refused to even give us a discount! They said it was because the power from the hurricane had just come back on the day before, but that still doesn't excuse their rude attitude towards us. Finally after arguing with the manager, she agreed to give us a $20 credit, but Expedia tried multiple times to reach her so they could verify and issue the credit, and she never was available to take Expedia's calls. We used to stay at this hotel every 3 months for business, but no longer.
